1. Orders

No, you can comlete your order using our guest checkout option. Although, by creating an account you’ll be able to check out faster, save frequent addresses, track your orders and be the first to hear about competitions, offers and discounts.

Yes, we will happily exchange your unworn and unaltered jewelry within 10 (ten) working days of delivery. Exchanges can be made for different variation request, or another product of equal or greater value than the one originally purchased. Send us an email at info@therootshandmade.com with your order information and the product you wish to receive. Delivery expenses, customs and any other costs that might occur for the returned product are payable by the customer.

In the rare case that we send you an incorrect order or defective item, we will assume full responsibility for the replacement and delivery of the correct product to the customer as soon as possible. Contact us at info@therootshandmade.com with your order information.

If you wish to cancel your order, please inform us via e-mail on info@therootshandmade.com within 24 hours of purchase.

2. Payments and Shipping

-Cash On Delivery (On orders within Greece with an extra charge of 2€)

-Visa, MasterCard or American Express

-PayPal

All orders ship with ELTA ( Greek Postal Service).

Delivery cost for Greece is 3€. If you wish to pay by Cash On Delivery, there is an extra charge of 2€.

Delivery cost for international orders is 7€ and  Cash On Delivery service is not available.

Orders will ship out within 1-2 days of ordering (we do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). For wholesale orders the estimated process time is 5-10 days.

The estimated delivery time  for Greece is between 1 to 3 business days. For orders within the European Union is 5-7 business days and for the rest of the world it is 10-15 business days.

You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number and a link for the ELTA tracking service to check the status of your order.Any duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Wholesale

To become a wholesale partner you need to:

Step 1: Create an account as a costumer

Step 2: Receive a confirmation email saying that your account has been created. Reply to that email with your store’s information (address, name etc)

Step 3: After your account verification (via email)  as a wholesale partner log in again to your account and you will be able to see our wholesale prices and place your order.

First, you will create an account with your email adress and a password and then you will send us an email at info@therootshandmade.com letting us know you wish to browse the e-shop as a potential wholesale partner, along with your business information. That’s it. Next time you log in your account you will be able to see our wholesale pricing.

The estimated process time is 5-10 business days. When you place your order you will receive an email with a specific shipping day within that time frame.

If you wish to ship your items with a different courier company than ELTA you can by informing us so in the “order notes” section during checkout or via email (info@therootshandmade.com) and we will contact you to arrange the details.
