Registering with our site
You are required to sign up in order to make the most of the services and features available in our site. Upon registration, you will be asked to provide your current, accurate, full personal information. The account password you provide should be unique and kept secure, and you must notify the Roots immediately of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

To make purchases on this Site, you will be required to provide your personal details, such as your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information, according to the form provided on our Site, as well as payment details. By submitting an order to us, you represent and warrant that the provided payment details are both valid and correct, and that when your order is accepted and processed by us, payment will be made in full. By placing an order, you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing details.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, which means that items in your shopping bag are not reserved and are available to other customers until the completion of your purchase.

We are headquartered in Athens, Greece and all our transactions are in Euros (€). You will be billed in Euros. If you are a customer whose credit/debit/prepaid card is not denominated in Euros, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction. Please note, that if you purchase from a country which has other currency than Euros, then currency fluctuations and credit card charges may make a difference to the amount billed on your credit/debit card.

All orders ship with ELTA ( Greek Postal Service).
Delivery cost for Greece is 3€. If you wish to pay by Cash On Delivery, there is an extra charge of 2€.
Delivery cost for international orders is 7€ and Cash On Delivery service is not available.
Most orders will ship out within 1-2 days of ordering (we do not ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays). For wholesale orders the estimated process time is 5-10 days.
The estimated delivery time for Greece is between 1 to 3 business days. For orders within the European Union is 5-7 business days and for the rest of the world it is 10-15 business days.
You will receive an e-mail informing you that the order has shipped. The email will include a tracking number and a URL to check the status of your order.Any duties and taxes assessed by customs are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
We want each of our customers to be very happy with our products. If for some reason there is a problem with your order we will happily work with you, as we strive for the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Please note that all exchanges and returns can only be processed for products in unworn, unwashed and original-factory condition, with complete packaging and accompanying documents, and must be done within the time frame stated below.
Courier expenses, customs and any other costs that might occur for the returned product are payable by the customer
The roots handmade jewelry and accessories purchased at independent boutiques and stores must be returned to the location where purchased.
Sales Section Products bought from our e-shop can only be exchanged with other products on sale or products from the currently available collection. Customer is responsible for covering any difference in prices between the two products.
We will happily exchange your unworn and unaltered jewelry within 10 (ten) working days of delivery (Orders from Greece), within 14 (fourteen) working days of delivery (International Orders). Exchanges can be made for different variation request, or another product of equal or greater value than the one originally purchased. For product exchanges of greater value than the original order value, we will contact the customer who would have to cover the price difference. You can just email us at email@example.com with your full name, the order number and the delivery address. When you return the product, we will send you an email confirmation as well as the replacement product at the specified delivery address.
In the rare case that The Roots handmade sends an incorrect order or defective item, we will assume full responsibility for the replacement and delivery of the correct product to the customer in a timely manner.

The context of this Website and any related material (photos, graphics, text, designs, etc) belong to Us and You have no right to use, download, amend, sell part of the Website and its material or as a whole without Our written permission.
Names, trade names and trademarks related to Us and Our Products and /or to third parties and their Products are protected by Intellectual Property laws. In any case their appearance in the Website does not constitute a right for Your use.
What personal data we collect and why we collect it
