How do I make an order?

Just visit therootshandmade.com, click on the Shop tab and take an online walk through our products. Choose the one you prefer, the color you like (or you can advise the color palette and leave us a note during checkout about another color that you prefer most). Add it to cart and follow the easy checkout process to finalize your order. From this point, we will receive your order and prepare it for you.

Can I change or cancel my order after the confirmation?

In case you want to change or cancel your order, you have two hours to let us know. Just send an email at therootshandmade@gmail.com informing us about the cancellation or the changes you want to make. Don’t forget the order code you received. I'm missing an item from my order, what do I do?If any item is missing from your order, please contact us immediately (through email therootshandmade@gmail.com or tel. +30 6986586318, +306985857907). Note the order number and the missing item's name & product code. We will resolve the issue for you as quick as possible.

My order hasn’t arrived yet?

Don't worry. Once the order is confirmed, prepared and sent you will receive a shipping confirmation mail with a tracking number. Use it to check your order status. If it takes more time than normally (according to the destination place), please contact us via e-mail or phone to solve it.

Faulty product?

If you receive a faulty product, just send us an  email (therootshandmade@gmail.com) about the false item including some photos of the product and we will send you back the correct one(s). Of course, the delivery cost will be covered by us.


Our shop accepts Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and cash on delivery. You’ll be able to view your options just before the check out.

In case you choose cash on delivery option, there is an extra fee +1,50€ on shipping costs. This payment option is available only for Greece. Payment will be collected at the time of delivery bybthe driver from the cooperative delivery company. If you choose to pay with bank transfer please reference your order number in your payment to avoid delays. You can send your bank slip to therootshandmade@gmail.com for immediate prossesing of your order.

Bank transfers must go through within 3 days of order. If you won't proceed to bank transfer within this time period, we will cancel your order.

Delivery - Shipping

How does the delivery service works?

Usually we need 1-2 days, to finalize your order, depending on the package size and be ready for delivery.  We’ll email you a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you place the order during the weekend, we’ll start processing it on Monday. The approximate average time of shipping for Zone 1 countries (European Union) is 5-7 days and for Zone 2 (Other Countries) is 7-10. All postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the product is faulty. For Greece customers the delivery cost is 3.00€ with Geniki Taxydromiki service, which we cooperate. For International Customers the delivery cost is fixed at 8.00€ and we send your order with Hellenic Post. Note that the order's shipping charge cannot be refunded.

Returns and Refunds

What is the Returns Policy for orders?

If our product isn't what you expected, we give you the choice to return it back. Just email us at therootshandmade@gmail.com and let us now about your order and the details we need (order number, full name and change order or refund). Then pack it up and return it in a 10-day space from your purchase date. When we receive it back we’ll send you a confirmation mail to inform you about it. Note that the shipping charge cannot be refunded.  Don’t forget to check your spam mails if you don't find our confirmation email. All postage costs must be covered by the customer, unless the product is faulty

How our products being made off and where?

All the products are handmade, designed and produced exclusively in Greece by us and our team.
